This course focuses on three critically important aspects of the professional self-storage manager’s role:
- Cutting and controlling expenses using commonsense techniques
- Understanding the priority of collecting rent and using proven systems to control delinquencies
- Maximizing revenue through effective rate-management techniques
Completion of this course will result in a high level understanding of the “revenue” side of the self-storage business.
